Carlos García Morato
Mr. García Morato, age 44, began his career in the Audit Department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Buenos Aires. He worked ten years for Schlumberger, the world leading oilfield services company, based in Latin America and the Middle East, with responsibility over Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and later Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Turkey and Jordan. In 1993 he joined Ladbrokes, the owner of Hilton International and several gambling casinos, lottery offices and betting operations, as Financial Director in charge of new operations in Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Venezuela.

In 1998, he became CFO of Service Corporation International, a world leading company engaged in providing funeral services and the administration of cemeteries. SCI invested over US$ 300 million in Latin America over a two-year period acquiring twenty companies in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. In May 2000 he became VP Finance of CollectiveMind Inc. a company covering the e-business consulting market. Mr. García Morato is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He has attended several postgraduate courses included Management (Arthur Andersen 1987), and Executive Seminars (London Business School 1996).

Joaquín M. Serra
Mr. Serra, age 36, occupied several managerial positions at the American International Group (AIG) in Buenos Aires, where he coordinated massive distribution channels for insurance products utilizing several affinity groups ranging from military associations to real estate brokers and labor unions. He also developed new marketing vehicles through banks, including the purchase of a large consumer finance company. At Banco Francés and Lloyds Bank, he duplicated the profitability of checking account products and increased the branch's portfolio by 45% respectively. Mr. Serra is a graduate of Universidad Bancaria, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a Degree in International Trade.

María V. Georgalos
Ms. Georgalos held several Management positions at Standard & Poor's and Bank of Boston in Buenos Aires. In the latter position she coordinated the bank's regional strategy in the mining area. She initiated her career at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. as a financial analyst for Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Ms. Georgalos, age 41, holds a Masters in Management and a Bachelor of Arts and Political Science from Universidad de Córdoba together with a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
